The 1981 CMHA Suicide Prevention Program includes an overview of the problem of suicide, information about the Calgary Task Force on Suicide & a brief history of suicide research in the province. The program’s prevention, intervention & postvention goals are set forth. Specific time frames for the accomplishment of these goals are indicated. Information about funding educational & support programs is presented. Appendices include statistics, CTF membership, & bereavement programs. (NB)
