Sarfati Y~~Bouchaud B~~Hardy-Bayle M
This study investigated the short-term variations, following a suicide attempt by self-poisoning, of a number of variables identified as suicidal risk factors: hopelessness, impulsivity, personality traits, & quality of life. In all the patients involved, all the scores improved significantly, with the exception of quality of life & three out of eight personality traits. The implications of these findings are discussed.
