The efficacy of a training program for doctors in recognising & responding to psychological distress & suicidal ideation in young people will be studied. A pre-post experimental study will compare 3 groups of physicians, 2 of whom receive training & 1 who does not. The educational groups will do patient evaluations 6 months after the training & the control group will do the evaluations prior to the training. A second randomly selected control group will do evaluations during the training.
