This article takes a case scenario of a hypothetical suicide of a woman and how it affects the people she worked with. The scenario is reviewed by 2 consultants who discuss postvention strategies within the workplace. One of the conclusions drawn deals with the need of effective postvention consultation which must address the pain of hindsight.
