Grande Cache Native Cooperatives Community Needs Assessment

This book provides information gathered during a needs assessment which reviewed economic, social, cultural, & resource factors of the Native community in the Grande Cache area of Alberta. This assessment was done to help create couselling services. The report recommends the creation of a community crisis intervention & education program to address suicide. An employment strategy & economic development plan is also recommended, as unemployment has contributed to many social problems.
