Goldblum P B
The purpose of this study was to determine the psychosocial factors that differentiate homosexual men who have attempted suicide from those who have not. 20 male attempters were compared with 163 males who had not attempted suicide. Multivariate analysis distinguished the attempter as one more likely to be: younger; to have moved more often; have lower income; to be depressed; to have participated more in the community, & to be more concerned with his homosexuality.
