Thank you to FORM Golf Tournament
The FORM Golf Tournament took place September 5, 2019 at Redwood Meadows Golf and Country Club.
Centre for Suicide Prevention, along with the Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region, and the Hotchkiss Brain Institute at the University of Calgary, were the recipients of golf tournament proceeds.
$20,000 was donated by FORM to the Centre for Suicide Prevention. Thank you to FORM and to everyone who participated in the golf tournament!
FORM (Friends of Rob McAlpine) is a fundraising initiative founded after the loss of Rob McAlpine, who passed away in 2015 as a result of complications from a neurological disorder (Multiple System Antrophy). This year’s tournament gave a donation to us in memory of Blake Centini, 17, who died by suicide in April 2017.
