Notes on Turning 18 (& 75): A Critical Look at Adolescence

Dr. Berman examines the 17-year history of the AAS, firmly stating it is time to establish the identity of suicidology. He calls for standardization of nomenclature & an accepted definition of suicide, the formulation of a body of observations that would constitute a knowledge base about suicide, & formal, professional training in suicidology.
