Transferability
Your registration is transferable any time to a substitute attendee at no additional cost.
Note: A participant may make a change or cancellation at no-cost if, within the two weeks before the workshop, they have either: a) been in close contact with anyone infected with COVID-19 or b) have had any of the following symptoms – fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath.
Changes
All workshop date changes are subject to a $25 change fee, unless change is made based on the above criteria (see ‘Note’). Date changes within 10 business days of the workshop Start Date will be considered a Cancellation and a $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations prior to 10 business days of the workshop Start Date will be fully refunded less a $50 Cancellation Fee, unless change is made based on the above criteria (see ‘Note’). For cancellations within 10 business days of the workshop Start Date, no refund or credit will be issued.
Centre for Suicide Prevention reserves the right to cancel any workshop, in which case participants will receive a full refund.
All requests for Changes and Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. The date the written request is received will serve as the date for calculation purposes.
