The next questions ask about suicide and thoughts about suicide. It is helpful for us to know your experience with suicide because Skills for Safer Living hopes to help people manage suicidal thoughts more safely. Like all the questions in this survey, these questions are optional. Please don’t feel any pressure to answer if you are uncomfortable.
