Working well with people at risk of suicide: A UK perspective on suicide prevention.

Suicide is a global concern with many countries in the world endeavouring to reduce rates by developing effective strategies and interventions and engaging in research to advance suicide prevention. In this discussion paper, which was presented at the Japan Academy of Mental Health Nurses conference in May 2025, I will be sharing some current areas of focus in the United Kingdom (UK).
