In 2012, the Aboriginal Health Circle Forum launched the My Life, My Well-being (MLMW) study for the purpose of collecting data on 1) the scope and nature of mental health and addictions issues that Aboriginal youth are facing in the Champlain Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN), 2) the services and programs currently available, including gaps and capacity to respond to the needs of Aboriginal youth, 3) what Óculturally relevantÓ programs and services mean to youth, 4) barriers to accessing services.
