This study looks at the emotional reaction, behaviour, appearance and trauma experiences by incest victims.Subjects were 10 female victims of incest. Data was collected based on interviews and observations. The process of transcription and analysis was conducted using content analysis. Three categories of emotion were identified: sadness, grief and absence of grief. Behaviours shown were passive and stable. Five victims suffered trauma due to repeated nightmares; three victims attempted suicide.
