This report presents a preliminary examination of focus groups conducted with Aboriginal youth. The purpose of these groups was to gather information to inform the creation of an effective suicide prevention program. 3 chapters review the groups held in Thunder Bay (Ontario), Iqaluit (Nunavut), & St. Paul (Alberta). A final chapter summarizes the important issues that emerged from the participant discussions. Transcripts from the focus groups are included.
