This presentation discussed the preliminary evaluation of the Family Consultant program of the London (Ontario) Police Department. The program featured a crisis intervention team operating in conjunction with the municipal police force. Results of the evaluation suggested the program appeared to be an effective & useful mechanism for crisis intervention.
