This presentation discussed an evaluation of the services offered by the Crisis Intervention Unit of the Toronto East General Hospital from the clients’ perspective. Information was gathered on the profile of respondents, repsondents’ impressions of the initial intervention provided, & respondents’ satisfaction or dissatisfactions regarding their contact with a professional staff member & the overall service provided. Results indicated respondents were generally satisfied with their experience.
