Russell D~~Turner J~~Joiner T E
The authors examine the independent & joint explanatory significance of physical disability & components of the stress process model for risk of suicide ideation. Data from an ethnically diverse & representative sample of 1,768 adults with & without disabilities reveal that physical disability is associated with a greater risk of lifetime suicide ideation.
