Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Suicide Attempts Among Minority Adolescents: Ending the Silence

In this editorial, the authors briefly describe a study by Olshen & colleagues on the association between suicide attempts & the experience of dating violence & sexual assault in a large, stratified random sample of predominantly minority urban adolescents. Implications of the study’s findings for pediatric care settings are discussed. (37 refs.)
