This report analyses calls received by the Kids Help Line (Australia) regarding suicide-related issues. In 2006, suicide concerns accounted for 5.5% of overall counselling sessions. Data on high-risk groups & contributing factors is provided. The actions taken to provide support & services to young people are detailed. The results of a program evaluation are briefly discussed.
