SA National Suicide Prevention Strategy. Community Initiatives Volume Three

This volume includes 3 attachments discussing suicide prevention projects in South Australia. The first attachment examines the final evaluation plans for a number of community initiatives. Projects included are: the Keeping it Together Kit; ComPAS; the Choosing Wisely Initiative; the Murray Mallee NSPS plan; & Phase I & II of the Murray Mallee Indigenous Initiatve. The second attachment presents a summative evaluation of a stakeholder survey. The final attachment includes a project list & documentation.
