The authors assert employee assistance programs provide the opportunity to advocate for, develop, & implement suicide prevention activities within the workplace. This article discusses how to make a business case for why organizations should focus on suicide prevention, how to relate to senior executives the effectiveness of prevention programs, & how to implement a workplace strategy.
