This document outlines the suicide prevention strategy for North Cumbria. Proposed objectives include: training for health care professionals; support for individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals, those who have self-harmed in the past or who may in the future; media & other health promotion campaigns; & the reduction of available means.
