This manual provides a lesson plan that demonstrates how adolescent suicide can be used as a case study to evaluate a public health program that currently exists. Teachers are provided with a narrative about recent research & discussion questions that can be asked during the course of the lesson. A student version of the lesson is also provided. A final assignment asks students to evaluate the suicide prevention program in their school based on what they have learned from the lesson & other sources.
