Preventing Suicide: one Community at a Time. Nevada Suicide Prevention Plan 2007-2012

This document is the Nevada state strategy for suicide prevention. It includes discussion of: the guiding principles; utilization of the Nevada Suicide Prevention Plan; the history of suicide prevention efforts in Nevada; the scope of the problem in Nevada; risk factors, warning signs, & protective factors; & the goals & objectives of the strategy. Two appendices include an interim study of suicide in Nevada & an outline of the priorities & implementation timeline for the strategy.
