This article described three cases of complex planned suicide in which all of the victims used multiple methods. Investigation revealed psychiatric problems in all three cases. The scene investigation, the methods employed, the autopsy findings, & the interview with surviving relatives all pointed toward a suicidal etiology. (7 refs.)
