Alison Wertheimer interviewed fifty people who had been bereaved by suicide & recounted their stories in her book. The reviewer states that her “book should be valuable to clinicians who work with suicide survivors, not only for its important & path-breaking insights that can be incorporated into therapy, but also as a resource that can be shared with patients who are seeking written materials that can guide them on their journey toward recovery”.
