Suicide Prevention & Postvention in SE Pennsylvania: an Overview

This article looks at what is being done about suicide & suicide loss in the southeastern Pennsylvania region, particularly on the part of the suicide prevention task forces in each county of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, & Philadelphia. This article briefly considers what has to be done next to make suicide prevention & postvention more effective in the region. Lastly, this article looks at what Montgomery County Emergency Service is doing in regard to suicide prevention & suicide postvention.
