In this article, the author argues that suicide bombing can be stopped. He compares & contrasts terrorist bombings in Chechnya and Turkey to show how, in the former case, tactics grew more extreme & violent in response to political grievances & in the latter, how political negotiations curbed the exteme violence & led to co-existence.
