In this chapter, the author discusses how it is impossible to focus on any single element as the core problem in all depressions; he discusses the several categories of depressions and the several interrelated ÒcoreÓ problems. Discussed first is the relationship between aggression, depression, & suicide. Models for depression are given along with the connection between erotism, depression, & suicide.
