Understanding the dynamics & issues related to grief & bereavement after suicide potentially can accelerate the recovery process in the workplace. This article discusses how community meetings can facilitate adaptive coping for bereaved employees by providing a platform for exploration of thoughts & feelings related to the suicide & by educating them about typical grief responses & warning signs of complicated of maladaptive grief.
