Minimising the Impact of Railway Suicides on Railway Staff: Work Package 3

This report provides a review of a selection of Trauma Support Schemes within non-rail organizations. The findings indicate that there are many common elements between non-rail & rail trauma support procedures. The findings also show that trauma mitigation is an area that relevant organizations are concerned to address. This work package includes the nature of trauma in non-rail organizations, components of an organizational trauma support scheme, & organizational issues affecting the provision of trauma support.
