It draws some lessons for mental health reform in Canada from descriptions of the mental health policies & programs in other countries. It consists of a comparative analysis of 4 selected countries: Australia, New Zealand, England, & the United States, followed by a chapter that synthesizes some of the key lessons for Canada.
