This second National Mental Health & Addiction Plan is a strategic work plan that builds on the National Mental Health Strategy of New Zealand. It modernizes the Strategy by taking account of the major policy changes that have occurred since 1997, & sets out a vision, goals & principles, which are organized around a series of 7 interrelated strategic directions, each with a number of objectives & actions.
