In these letters, K Biller & J I Levinson criticize the accusations against Viktor Frankl made by T Pytell in his article “The Missing Pieces of the Puzzle: A Reflection on the Odd Career of Viktor Frankl,” particularly as regards his work with suicidal patients in Vienna between 1939 & 1942. These efforts are highlighted & Frankl’s views on suicide extrapolated. A response by T Pytell is included, in which he defends his position.
