This study explores the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2) Personality Psychopathology Five (PSY-5) scales’ correlates in a forensic sample of criminal defendants. The primary goal was to identify the scales’ empirical correlates & compare them with what has been found in traditional mental health settings. It was hypothesized that scores on the PSY-5 scales would be correlated with various attributes relevant to forensic assessments. Findings are discussed. Suicide data is included. (26 refs)
