Suicide in Central and Eastern Europe: Trends, Causal Factors, Risk and Protective Constellations

The author explores the motivations, methods, & findings of research into suicide & suicidal behaviors in countries of the former Communist Block of central & eastern Europe, with special attention to Hungary. Areas of particular interest are identified for future research. (37 refs)
