This document reviews a workshop on traditional healing led by the author, which drew from his own extensive training in Native healing & his work with individuals overcoming traumatic & abusive life experiences. This workshop focused on awareness, education, healing, & opening & closing on the wounded spirit of self. It touched on the effects of traumatic incidents on the self (damage to the inner self & unbalance of the “Spirit”). Acceptance, healing, & balance of the spiritual, emotional, physical & mental are addressed.
