Book Review-Suicide – the Ultimate Rejection? A Psychosocial Study by C Pritchard

The current author reviews the book “Suicide – the Ultimate Rejection? A Psychosocial Study,” by C Pritchard. While he acknowledges that the book is well written & interesting, he finds fault with Pritchard’s anglocentrism, obvious bias against active euthanasia, & glaring exclusion of current suicide research & theory. The theme of rejection is presented poorly, & ultimately, the current author finds the book to be lacking integration & merely presenting a reactionary view of modern suicidology.
