Abstract
Predictors of Outcome Following Brief Psychodynamic-Interpersonal Therapy for Deliberate Self-Poisoning
Guthrie E~~Kapur N~~et al
The authors explore which baseline factors predicted outcome following treatment in deliberate self-poisoning patients undergoing psychodynamic-interpersonal therapy (PIT), with severity of suicidal ideation 6 months post-treatment as the main outcome measure. They found that predictive factors were severity of suicidal ideation, anxiety & prior history of self-harm. (21 refs)
