This document presents a draft copy of the statewide suicide prevention plan for Indiana. The plan is comprised of 3 main sections which mirror the National Strategy promoted by the US Surgeon General: Awareness, Intervention, & Methodology. Each section has accompanying broad goals with more specific objectives, & action ideas. It is meant to be a model document that regional suicide prevention coalitions can use to create their own strategic plans for action in their communities.
