The Oklahoma State Youth Suicide Prevention Plan works to address the problem of youth suicide by introducing multi-level strategies that communities can customize based on available resources & experience. Development of community infrastructure & resources for youth, community prevention activities, & crisis management & postvention services comprise the major components of this plan. Implementation & evaluation of the plan are discussed. (21 refs)
