National Programme for Improving Mental Health and Well-Being: Action Plan 2003-2006

This action plan sets out the main aims & areas of activity for national efforts in eliminating stigma & preventing suicide in Scotland, & provides a suggested outline for local areas to follow. The action plan exists as a guide & will evolve & develop over the three-year period in light of experience, learning & new evidence.
