This toolkit provides a simple method for mental health services to measure systematically the extent to which they are addressing recommendations made by the National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide & Homicide by People with Mental Illness, as well as to develop local arrangements accordingly. It also offers an extensive range of references on good practice in suicide prevention.
