The reviewer of Hendin and Foley’s ‘Case Against Assisted Suicide’ finds that they take on the dilemmas surrounding end of life care courageously & directly, providing a noteworthy contribution to the debate over the care of the dying. Not only does she find it accessible, but equally important for average citizens, professionals in ethics, medicine, & law, as well as legislators. Discussion of a few especially noteworthy articles is included. In spite of one criticism, the review strongly recommends the book.
