DHB Toolkit: Suicide Prevention – to Reduce the Rate of Suicides and Suicide Attempts

This toolkit provides guidance to District Health Boards (DHBs) on the most effective ways in which they can work to reduce the rate of suicide & suicide attempts in their region. It outlines some of the key service areas & issues that DHBs need to consider when planning how to address this health priority area.
