This document reports on the first phase of an evaluation of the New Zealand Youth Suicide Prevention Strategy. It will inform the scope of a second evaluation to follow at a later date. The primary focus of this evaluation was to articulate realistic outcomes for evaluating the Strategy; outline how implementation of the Strategy has occurred; & present stakeholders’ perceptions of the Strategy’s impact & usefulness.
