Delivering Race Equality: a Framework for Action

This consultation framework sets out what those planning, delivering, & monitoring primary care & mental health services to ethnic or minority communities should do to improve services for clients experiencing mental illness & distress, & their relatives & caregivers. It asks for views on what needs to be done at national level to provide support & leadership to those carrying out this work.
