The author contrasts her experience of dealing with bereavement to a rental car agencies experience. The article discusses the importance of telling co-workers about a fellow co-workers suicide. It outlines some practices that employers should not follow when dealing with the suicide of an employee. The article also examines workplace productivity in relation to the suicide of the employee.
