This article examines the prevalence & occurrence of suicide in young men. Hanging & suffocation is identified as the most common method of suicide for young men in the United Kingdom. Risk factors & explanations for suicide are presented. Common prevention strategies & treatment for young men who attempt or contemplate suicide are included.
