This information kit provides the information necessary to address suicide clusters that can occur in a community. The information kit provides a budget for the costs of a task force, relief workers, & case managers. It also provides an orientation manual for organizing counseling teams & crisis workers. The information kit includes a confidentiality agreement, a no suicide contract, & a follow up suicide risk assessment. The information kit also contains information on identifying the risk factors of a person who is suicidal. (AK)
